Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All electronic products purchased from our store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty Coverage:

    • The manufacturer provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

    • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

    • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, and accessories may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty Service:

    • Since the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, service requests must be submitted directly to them.

    • Please keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase—it will be required for warranty claims.

    • Manufacturer contact information and claim instructions can be found in the product packaging or on the manufacturer’s website.

  • Our Role:

    • While we do not handle warranty repairs directly, we’re happy to assist by providing invoice copies or pointing you to the correct warranty contact.
